To protect consumer interests various mass movements have been organized by CANS. One such movement to control milk prices continued for 42 days and was a grand success, It earned all-round applause. Similarly, “CANS” has organized various awareness campaigns out of which ‘DOODH KA DOODH, PANI KA PANI’ was one such campaign which continued for 70 days by organizing camps in different areas wherein more than 8000 samples of milk were tested. In the year 2007, a campaign to check accidents at Picnic Spots was organized and it was another successful campaign which resulted in the saving of many lives.
